Premier Tax Free - DO NOT post your Premier Tax Refund vouchers! They are the WORST company to deal with.
I bought some goods from Paris back in June, the vouchers were stamped and posted from the airport. All the other vouchers that were posted at the same time have been processed without any issues however, the 2 Chanel vouchers seems to be lost in space.
17 Aug - i lodged a tracking request through the website. A lady called Najia Alili was assigned to my case, she told me that they havent received it yet.
5 Sep - i followed up again and was advised that they havent received it yet, maybe it'll arrive soon. (maybe.. yeah right..)
25 Sep - i followed up again and also asked what my alternatives were if they don't receive the vouchers. no response from Najia.
7 Oct - i followed up, again..
15 Oct - she replied "we haven't received your voucher yet, please wait", obviously ignoring my question on alternatives. (She might have set up a rule to auto delete emails from me at this point)
6 Nov - for the 5th time, i followed up again.. i told her that waiting is obviously not an option anymore as its been almost 5 months. I asked her what alternatives there were..
no response...
12 Nov - i sent the entire email between Najia and I to their customer service email, attaching images of my purchase receipts and also gave another summary of what's occurred and just wanted someone to tell me what else I can do from here.
and of course, to no one's surprise, there was no response..
23 Nov - my patience level has reached its maximum so I had to send an official complaint email. I'm sure they won't reply me and surely won't escalate it to their management but i did advise them in the email that I'll make sure that i post my experience on all possible public and social media platforms. So, here i am at my first stop.
Does anyone know if there's a government body in France that will accept consumer complaints?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Premier Tax Free Cons: Lack of follow up, Lack of customer service, How they just ignore customer emails.

PremierTaxFree only reply cam meesage, they all say willing to help us, but they don NOT reply at all, even through we prepare all the photo copy, ID, and invoice of product for proof, they NO reply!!! They just want to scam your tax-refund and pretend they do not receive the vouchers.
Many people encounter the same problem if you search on the internet, even the Bureau Franรงais de Taipei told us the same, many complained about Premier Tax Free that purposely lost the vouchers with high tax price.
Here's ridiculous story that someone use one envelope to sent 2 vouchers together with, but Premier still tols him they dont receive the part of one, simply BS!! Get you tax refund in CASH, and dont trust Premier can do anything good for you.

A quickly google on Premier Tax Free reveals lots of dissatisfied customers who have all been told their vouchers haven't been received. Coincidentally, a number of these are purchases made at Chanel in Paris.
Do you really think we believe that you are interested in successfully processing and refunding us. Your company is an absolute disgrace.
