I am having a terrible experience with premier tax free. They are saying they never received my vouchers. With all these complaints, it's starting to feel like a scam! Below is the email I received after inquiring about my refund.

Dear x,

Thank you for your email.

I have checked our database and to date we have not received your vouchers.

Please be aware that we are not obliged to provide a refund without a return of a stamped voucher within the outlined timeframe.

Without the voucher, no refund can be issued.
