I want to make a serious complaint and blame. I submitted all the original documents to the tax refund staff at Heathrow Airport T5 on October 16 to handle the tax refund. I have not heard any more. I enquired with colleagues of the relevant departments on January 20, but the staff Najia pointed out that after checking the evidence to the colleagues at the airport, I said that I did not receive the tax refund form for the relevant items. I felt very angry and accidental. I am making such important tax refunds. The form was handed over to the staff, but the documents of the person were lost. The staff Najia also said that it was not his responsibility.
I handed over the tax refund documents to the colleagues of the relevant departments. I did not expect that he was lost, and I even lost money. I also put my responsibilities on me. The staff Najia has not responded and followed up. I feel that Very disappointed and angry, the desire to travel and travel in this country will be greatly reduced, and I will share this bad experience with my friends and colleagues.
I am attaching my own tax refund form and request to re-apply my tax refund application. My loss of tax refund form is not my fault. I also require strict disposition of staff Najia.

I had purchase goods from Hermes shop 3 transactions at Paris on 26 September 2018 amont 16,300€, 2,840€ and last purchase on 14 October 2018 amont 1,719€. My name is Jaruwan PhatthRapanyadee from Thailand which using credit card Visa number {{redacted}} (attached with this email)
I went to France since 22 September till 17 October 2018. I have been waiting 3 month patiently for tax refund since i did scan at CDG airport. But now i did not receive tax refund from Premier Tax. Sadly that i never took picture of tracking code to make this easily to check.
So, i provided all information that i have thought this email, please check and follow up these transactions . Thank you so much for your coorperation.

I feel like I was SCAMMED
I purchased a smartphone in Prague (July 18') and received my tax free refund in cash after I gave all the receipts and paperwork to their representative (otherwise I wouldn't get the money, right?!). But in Oct 18' I saw that my credit card was charged.
After contacting them a few times, sending the pictures of the receipts they say that some blank is missing. And I just don't get it. How is it my problem? They lost the paperwork, but it's my fault?!
The worst thing they don't even try to help, to send the blank I should fill out or just explain how to solve the problem. They say, they're not authorized to grant a refund without the papers, but why did I get the refund then?!
There's no logic in what they're doing, just ridiculous! It feels like they just scam people, because I found so many victims with the same problem.
Does anyone know how to sue them for all of their scams??

Received remaining refund.
OK, I eventually got the rest of my refund, but it took almost 2.5 months. I guess I wonder why true VAT refunds cannot be done on the spot, like happens at the shopping complex next to Blarney castle in Ireland. The VAT refund business should clearly be labeled the "40% VAT refund" business, as PlanetPayment keeps the rest as their fee.

I have the same problems. they are scammers by the sound of it.
My refund is months overdue as well and they have a delaying tactic to avoid replying.
Lodge a complaint to the Financial Service Regulators and circulate your story to the media for best results. There are numerous complaints all over the internet about them and Planet payment who is their other company.
