I had my tax refund claim in last holiday on June-July 2017. I do believe that I had proceed the right claim procedure and chose for the auto-return to our Credit Card for the tax refund.

But instead, I got a mail of Premier Tax Refund Cheque addressing to my address in Indonesia when I back to my hometown. I have checked for several banks in Jakarta-Indonesia, but they said they couldnโ€™t liquidize the cheque. We need to process it within 3 months but I find a big trouble in finding the people I can talk to. I sent several email of Premier Tax Free, which very hard to find because it doesn't clearly mention which is the official email and customer service.

I sent email to several email I found in Google, such as: info.fr@***.com; premier.marketing@***.com; customerservices@***.com; customer.services@***.com and nobody ever reply me.

I do really want to know how to solve my problem. Is anyone ever had the same experience and how did you process in liquidizing the cheque?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $306.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
